The NEW PDXHOMES Neighborhood Map!
After spending the better course of 9 months working to design a second iteration on my Portland neighborhood map I released a new and much improved PDXHOMES Neighborhood Map this past summer.  Unlike my first map, this map is flash based, meaning that you can zoom in on neighborhoods, toggle from one city quadrant to another, add zip code or neighborhood boundaries and retrieve landmark, park and bridge icons throughout the city.  In areas like NW and SW Portland I also added over 40 neighborhoods not officially acknowledged by the City of Portland, but referenced by the real estate industry and residents alike.

Feedback on the map has been wonderful so far, so thanks to all of you who have used the map and provided such feedback.  Also, this winter, look for the addition of Dog Parks, Grocery Stores (Trader Joes, New Seasons!), Community Centers, Farmers Markets and Coffee Shops. Jim
