Philanthropy
I believe a broker’s responsibility goes beyond the selling and buying
of real estate. Participation in activities which aid and strengthen the makeup
of the communities in which we practice should be ongoing.
My participation takes three such forms:
- Active participation in community meetings, activities and local fund
raising.
- Donations of my time to local organizations such as Habitat for
Humanity.
- Donations of my earnings.
For each sale and purchase I represent, I make a monetary donation in the
name of my client to a local charity of my client’s choosing. Such charities
have included the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, The Bus Project and
the Sierra Club.
